Leading in a Lutheran education community is different to leading in other contexts. Spiritual leadership is essential, but what does this mean and what does it look like in practice? This book has been written primarily as a resource to answer this question and support new early childhood service directors, and principals in Lutheran schools.
In addition to ministry, worship, leadership, and staffing there are various general policies adopted by Lutheran learning communities. These cover a wide range of topics such as privacy, communication protocols and approval processes. Members of our communities are invited to read these policies.
